Backlogs and boards
Order the work by priority, then follow it across the board as it moves.
The product backlog
- A product backlog per project, with triage for incoming items.
- Drag-to-reorder priority, kept per team.
- Filters by type, state, assignee, iteration and team.
- A portfolio backlog of Epics and Features, for the view above the team.
The board
Each team has a board whose columns are the states of its process. Cards move by drag and drop, and a move follows the same rules as changing the state by hand.
- One tab per kind of work: backlog items, tasks, business cases, deployments, data changes, support, bugs and others.
- Work-in-progress limits per column, flagged when a column goes over.
