Change calendar and freeze windows

Every scheduled installation on one calendar, with the periods when production must not change.

The calendar

Integrations › Change calendar shows, month by month, every Pre-production and Production installation of the Deployments and Data Changes of the projects you can see: on its actual day once installed, otherwise on its committed day.

Each entry names its environment and code; Emergency changes, completed installs, overdue ones and those inside a freeze are marked.
A project filter, a month summary and an agenda view on phones.
Export the month as an iCalendar file for Outlook, Google Calendar or any other calendar.

Freeze windows

An administrator defines them in Administration › Change governance: a name, the first and last day and whether they freeze Production only or Pre-production too.

While one is in effect, installing a change it covers is refused — only Emergency changes can go ahead.
A change whose committed date falls in a freeze shows a warning in its Committee tab.
